Guest profiles from SiteMinder GuestJoy become the source of truth — the Layer adds the details boutique hotels actually recall about repeat guests: pillow preference, coffee-in-the-room preference, dietary restriction, historical room number requested, birthday and anniversary triggers, and 'quiet loyalty' — a discreet nightly-rate courtesy on the third stay onward without an explicit points programme. Segments run in the background: repeat guests, high spenders, guests-at-risk (three stays then absent for eighteen months), birthday-this-month. Email and WhatsApp sends can be triggered from the CRM or on a schedule and are throttled to a boutique-appropriate frequency (never more than one outbound per fortnight per guest). Consent tracking is RGPD-first, aligned with Loi Informatique et Libertés 78-17 and the CNIL guidance for hospitality data. Works on top of SiteMinder, does not replace SiteMinder GuestJoy — profiles stay inside SiteMinder, this is a memory layer above them, tuned for how boutique concierge teams already work.
