What the SiteMinder dashboard looks like once your Hotelminder modules are live.

The hm_ namespace pane

When you first log in to SiteMinder Central after activation, the left-hand navigation gains one new item: a pane labelled Hotelminder modules with the internal namespace hm_. Clicking through opens a summary screen listing every active Hotelminder module against your subscription, its status (green / amber / paused), the date it was activated, and a link to the module-specific settings.

The rest of the SiteMinder navigation is untouched. Your Channel Manager, Insights, GuestJoy, Reviews and Multi-Property panes stay exactly where they were, with the same tabs, in the same order, and with the same reports. Hotelminder never rearranges the SiteMinder-native panes — if a colleague trained on the SiteMinder default layout logs in tomorrow, they will not be lost.

Per-module views

Rate Reasoner. Adds a settings panel under hm_reasoner where the on-duty person reviews the suggestion queue for the next 120 days. Each row shows the current published tariff, the suggested new tariff, the written one-sentence reason, and a Confirm / Skip / Explain-more control. Nothing publishes without a Confirm.

GuestJoy Concierge Expander. Lives at hm_concierge. The template library, house-voice tuning and WhatsApp Business Cloud connection status all sit here. Reservations and guest profiles remain in the SiteMinder GuestJoy pane — the Expander only mirrors messages to WhatsApp and email; it does not duplicate the guest record.

Direct Deal Widget. A minimal hm_widget panel with three tabs: script tag to embed, tokens.css customisation, and A/B test performance if you are running one against the SiteMinder Channel Manager Engine in parallel. No live availability screen here — availability continues to be the responsibility of the Channel Manager itself.

Distribution Intelligence Layer. Lives at hm_insights. Cost-of-distribution, net ADR, pickup versus forecast at four horizons, plus the exports and the Looker Studio link. SiteMinder Insights native reports continue to run in the Insights pane; this is the layer above them.

EU Fiscal Composer. At hm_fiscal. Country activation switches, invoice template previews per country, PDF/A-3 archive settings (France), Sistema di Interscambio credentials (Italy). The audit log is here too — every invoice generated, and by which template version.

Housekeeping Mobile Kit. Because the Kit is primarily a mobile app, the SiteMinder-side hm_housekeeping panel is small: it shows the paired mobile devices, the on-shift roster, and lost-and-found linkage to reservations. Actual room-status changes appear on the SiteMinder PMS room grid, unchanged.

Portfolio Sync Fabric. Only visible if you are on SiteMinder Multi-Property. The hm_portfolio pane shows the master rate strategy, per-property override list, publish queue and the full audit log — who changed what, when, and against which prior version.

Review Response Studio. Lives at hm_reviews. Every draft response sits in a queue with the source channel (Booking, Google, TripAdvisor) called out, the guest's language auto-detected, the voice-model draft, and the approve / edit / reject controls. Approved replies post back through SiteMinder Reviews to the source channel.

Google Hotels Boost. The hm_google pane has two tabs: organic free Booking Links status (always on) and paid Hotel Ads bid management (optional). Bookings that arrive via either surface land in the SiteMinder Channel Manager as native reservations — no separate booking pane.

Guest Memory Layer. At hm_memory. The segments (repeat guests, high spenders, guests-at-risk, birthday-this-month) show as filterable views over your existing SiteMinder GuestJoy profile list. Consent flags visible on each profile, with the RGPD basis noted next to each processing action.

What the pane does not do

The hm_ pane never modifies a SiteMinder-native record without an explicit user action inside the pane itself. It does not send a guest-facing message without a queue confirmation. It does not change a published rate without a Confirm click on Rate Reasoner. It does not delete a reservation, and it does not overwrite an audit log entry. Every action the pane takes writes back through the official SiteMinder API with your property's own API token — nothing bypasses the SiteMinder side.
